Our staff works very hard to get a proof for each engraving to you within an hour of your order (during normal business hours), however many products are personalized by the manufacturer so could require extra time for proofing and production. For in-house personalization if the approval is received by 1:00PM EST the product will potentially ship the same day otherwise item will not ship until the following business day
