It is our goal to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied the return or exchange should be simple and that's what we make it.  Before you do anything, just contact us and one of our customer service professionals will work with you to make the process simple.  

Simple Personalization Pricing
Personalization pricing at Overnight Urns is straight forward and all-inclusive.  Many other companies on the internet are happy to charge one price for a basic engraving and then up-charge for clipart and some even for a pre-engraving proof.  It is the policy of Overnight Urns to provide every customer who selects personalization a proof for approval prior to engraving at no additional charge.  The reason our pricing is all-inclusive is because we want you to get what you want without fear of plus, plus, plus pricing.  There is an upcharge should you request engraving on multiple sides of an urn which will be brought to your attention if this occurs.  Proofing is a critical step to ensure you get exactly what you want without any surprises.  It is our hope this makes you more comfortable with the process and gives you an incentive to select the options you want.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, neither are we.  At Overnight Urns we will do our very best to ensure everything is as you need it to be.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately so we can work with you.  

Turnaround Time
Overnight Urns is founded on the premise of shipping products as quickly as possible.  Many websites are clear products will ship within 2-4 days or even longer sometimes when personalized.  It is our policy to ship your product(s) the same day or the very next business day when possible.  Not all products are able to ship same or next day due to factors such as waiting for a proof approval, stock status and when drop shipping is required.  If your product will not ship within 24 hours (during normal business hours) you will be informed immediately with the details and estimated shipping date.
